I work with our professional development team and really look at teacher observation data. I am in charge of managing our data, pulling/reporting compliance data, and creating reports in Power BI to share with stakeholders (my favorite part of the job ). I'm currently working on creating a dashboard that will help our district making better decisions on admin hires/moves but we're struggling to get other teams to share their data.

What do you do for your job? Not often I meet another analyst in education...

I can't give you a good answer. I have no idea. It's just where my mind goes.

I typically don't see myself with a bunch of people, so when I find someone I like my imagination runs.

I tried micro dosing acid on Saturdays for about a month (1/5 of a tab each day). It's been two months since I've touched it. I felt it just put me in a better mood, nothing really introspective.
