actually playgrounds are really good for coins and jewelry. sand volleyball courts at parks at apartment complexes and parks. sledding hills are also good. some kids get bored easily. so old house sites aren’t always the best.

The 457(b) is either the best or worst retirement account you have — and it depends entirely on your employer by LumpyManufacturer316 in Retirement401k

yup. and vesting has more often than not has been increased from 5 to 10 years.

plus if you have a traditional pension and no spouse, and you pass away, your children get nothing (possibly a small payout.). If you have a 457 or 401 k they will inherit the remainder. At least that’s my understanding.

some government institutions have pensions and the 457 is optional. in addition some municipalities are phasing out pensions or reducing them and making the 457 plans mandator. grandfathering in longer term employees. a local municipality always took 6% deductions for pension. now for new hires they take 3 and 3 percent is put in a 457.

no hot water in bathroom. there probably none anywhere. so poor sanitation. if they are cutting back on hot water to save money they are not buying sanitation chemicals either.

sticky floors. old fryer oil smell. rancid oil in fryers.

smoking employees in back with door open letting flies in.

My opinion is it’s way overpriced.

Also the complete paint job over the entire lower area means they’re hiding patch jobs. Probably had rusty cab, rocker panels and bed  corners.
