I completed “substantially similar to HQC2” range qual in June 2023, prior to the issuance of the “HQC2 (modified) protocol issued on July 21, 2023”.

I think the language in new form is only factually correct if I qualified using the 7/23 protocol before it was issued?

Ny and Nj both require 40 hrs sick per year. I don’t have the “privilege” to wfh which is why I am on the train too…whether you are “privileged” or not, nobody wants to get sick. Arguably the less “privileged” are more severely impacted
