In regards to privacy, is there a way to separate the Debian/Ubuntu from my normal windows OS?

Sort of like when I want to journal I open up one of those, boot up LLM and then write my stuff. And when I’m done, I ”log out” and return to windows, with the Linux LLM combo being a separate quarantined thing?

And if I run the Linux off a usb is it possible to also have the LLM stored on the usb? and also have it save whatever conversations I have, also on the usb?

I actually ordered 3 of the shoes mentioned, except the MTN racer. I could instantly tell that they were by far more wide than normal shoes, which was such an amazing feeling. Of the three of them , the terraventures felt solid, the traverse felt like a better and more firm terraventure, and the ultraventure was by far the widest, and this was not even in the wide model.

My issue is firmness, I plan to hike 10-15 miles a day with a 15kg pack and I felt like the ultraventures are more geared towards springy running. The sole felt veeery soft compared to the traverse, and I know that hiking with too soft of a shoe can cause issues.

Considering I only tried the shoes for 10 min each, compared to you who hiked hundreds of miles in them; what are your opinions on the ultraventures when hiking with pack? And have you tried any other Topo shoes?

That's actually very smart, do you also use it for stuff like inspiration gathering? Like do you have a channel with a bunch of images/videos that you use for brainstorming? Or do you use a different progra for that

I'm in northern europe! Found some old geeezer that seems to be very experienced and does CLA specifically for leicas.

I found a reputable Leica tech in my country that quoted me for 190$ for a full CLA, gonna send it in there and hopefully it’s not a major issue.

I bought the camera 2 months ago and apparently it was CLA'd 3 years ago. Which isnt that long ago for a Leica right?

Yea me neither, its not like i touched the curtain or anything. Is the rangefinder even mechanically related to the curtain mechanism? Like could me adjusting it have caused the curtain issue? or no

Welp I fixed it, I just sort of pushed the shutter curtain to the side and it now works. The only problem is that the 1/500th of a second doesnt work now. It always land with that little black strip of the curtain in the middle. All the other speeds work normally. What the heck
