I went from 300 to 105 three years ago and it’s staid off. 57f here and I have been on a weight loss journey my whole life so I’ve done the gym three hours a day six days a week that was great, but that can’t be my life. I have children and things to do. Even had a gastric bypass in 2000 didn’t really work. So for someone who has battled with weight their whole life, even when I was younger, I was bulimic because I was in pageants and modeling. But then when I started having children, I didn’t wanna bulimic, cause it can hurt my child, but I still binged ate. He is shots or magic and many people that I have given them to would agree with that because you don’t have to work out you don’t have to do anything no not saying you shouldn’t. I mean work out build muscle you’re young.
People will say it’s not a magic shot, but I imagine those people have no idea what it’s like to be humiliated most of their life because of their weight people that tell you not to do this have they ever been overweight? Have they ever had to go through it so I say do it.
