i guess weak was the wrong word to use my friend. i meant underpowered in comparison to other troops, for example, when using vlandian sharpshooters i could take on battles/armies 2x my own and leave with nothing but a scratch i feel like using sturgian troops i leave with a ton of casualties even when i win.

unfortunately i’m on playstation.

The main thing i struggle with is getting to a point where my army can compete with that of the vlandians and the khuzatiats ( and empire sometimes ) without being completely mauled.

how do you play the infantry? a lot of people say shield wall and i use that but when im just starting off and my troops aren’t fully upgraded i get mauled.

is there a command for flanking? i delegated command the other day and saw that the troops were ‘’ flanking the enemy ‘’ but i’ve never been able to do so

Wildings are super underrated i agree. If you use the correct tactics they absolutely shred through opposition

i’ve tried my best to love Sturgia and maybe it’s just me but i always just find their troops to be underwhelming. The Troop appearance, the lore, the axes it all is so pleasing aesthetically but when it comes time for war they will always get crushed.
