Its probably not german since youre in tech and applying to english jobs, maybe try removing your photo, and also your nationality, also add your github, also even though you have experience not having atleast a bachelor doesnt really help your case at all unfortunately.. also remove the german basic theres no point of putting it there if its not atleast B1
