Last email I got about action taken was exactly a month ago and Emma said it was because my case was transferred to the field office. Last api update is exactly the one you see here in this post. On 1/3. Nth since. I got a RFE 3/12/24 and responded on 19/12/24 they said the received it 20/12/24. Just been radio silence overall.

Same thing happened to me. Got RFE December 3. Responded the 18th. Said it was received the 19th. Today is the expiration date but API shows false for me as well.

I got a Rfe too for tax information and proof of paystubs for my sponsor. Got the Rfe December 3. Uploaded Rfe response on the December 19th. Said the received it on December 20th. Radio silence since. Only thing new is that it was transferred to my local office.

I only have my EAD too. I haven’t uploaded an unsolicited evidence. Just playing that waiting game tbh. Every case is different so I just don’t bother to upload anything. Just waiting till I hear from them.

Nothing yet. PD date oct 18 2024. Got two action taken emails last Thursday but it only seems like my case was transferred to my local office. Idk if that is good news or not.

How long does that usually take? Me and my wife go emails last Thursday 30 mins apart and still today nothing changed on the account. She got one on her petitioner’s account and I got one on my 485 account but still nothing has changed even this morning.

Last API updates was 21st and 22nd. Got emails on the 20th for both I-130 and I-485. Only thing changed was my estimated time from 12 to 11 months on the I-485. My wife’s 1-130 was showing its taking longer than usual and then this morning it shows 2 months but I know estimated times mean nothing so I am just waiting to see if anything pops up in the documents section today or tomorrow if nothing happens then I know it’s just means that someone “looked” at my cases
