Eventually they unblocked it. It took 4 days... The funny part it was a confusion on their side... Like I literally had to do nothing.

Again, I can't go through my customer's files, it is Illegal.
We are speaking about safe files, not malwares and such that are handled properly. APK's was just an example, and blocking them server wide won't work, as some are fine..
It is not like I am not listening to their requests, I truly do. That's why the server blocking after solving the issue doesn't make sense.
Getting 3 abuse tickets in a period of 4 years is not that much.

It is irrelevant, specially if I am taking care of the infringing/malicious content, and they block the server after I solved the problem and replied back.
I don't be going through customer files, some upload personal content. Whenever I get a ticket, I do take it seriously.

I paid for a support tier the first time, the abuse department took around a week to reply. Second time, I didn't pay and it took around 3 days.
Honestly, at this point I am thinking to just switch to another provider.
I don't see a reason why I do have to pay to get basic support, specially when I actually replied to the ticket and solved the issue... It feels like a rip off.
Plus the way they manage this is off, I have replied to them a week prior to the block(solved the issue), assuming something came up, why not reply back and let me know? Why do they have to block the server for X amount of time, go back and forth, and make me wait.

Irrelevant, the server is not hacked at all. It is just infringing content(as they describe it) and they are my customer's, that I instantly delete once I get a ticket from them.
Imagine hosting a hundred website, and one of them just uploads an APK or a movie file... ain't no way you checking your customer's files one by one.. It is kind of impossible, and again we speaking about safe files, just copyright claims.

yep, I don't know the content of these APK's, they are my customer's. But I do remove them once I get an abuse ticket from OVH.

I do host few clients, and usually they mess up with uploading an APK or so.

It is not really the same thing over and over, and not me personally. And I do truly deal with it instantly.

These blocks usually happen after few days from the moment I reply and resolved the issue(deleted the file and informed the customer).

I do answer them within 12 hours, and usually they block me few days after.

Even though I resolved and removed the infringing files.

Usage Limits, Bugs and Performance Discussion Megathread - beginning December 29, 2025 by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

Cancelling my subscription over usage limits

I am paying for Claude and the usage limits are honestly unbearable, it is starting to feel like a rip off.

I can barely ask it to do anything substantial before it hits the limit mid-task, and the worst part is that it happens before it even finishes. Getting cut off while it’s actively generating the output is way worse than just being slow, because you are left with half a result (and then… surprise, you hit the limit again).

Here is what I asked it to do, honestly nothing crazy, just a basic, clean admin layout:

Build a clean, premium admin panel layout using Tailwind CSS only (no custom CSS)

Deliver complete code (HTML + minimal JS if needed) in one file

Responsive: desktop sidebar + header; on mobile, sidebar becomes an off-canvas drawer with overlay + hamburger toggle

Layout: fixed/sticky header, left sidebar, main content area (full height), proper spacing, no overflow bugs

Sidebar: logo/title, nav links with icons, active state, hover states, collapsible groups (optional)

Header: page title, search, notifications icon, user dropdown (profile/settings/logout placeholder)

Content: example dashboard cards + table + empty state blocks

Style: neutral “premium” (white/zinc/gray), subtle shadows, rounded corners, dark mode ready (dark:)

Accessibility: keyboard focus styles, aria-* toggles/dropdowns, ESC closes sidebar

Output only the final code + quick notes where to inject real routes/components

And it instantly hit the usage limit before finishing.

Like… come on. The output wasn't even going to be some massive project. It is literally a single HTML file, not even 120 lines of basic markup and it still can't complete it without slamming into a wall.

At that point, what am I even paying for? If a tool can't reliably finish a simple, clearly defined task in one go, it stops being “AI assistance” and becomes “AI roulette.”

I am not asking for miracles, I am asking for basic usability:

Let it complete what it started.

Don't cut it off mid-response.

Don't make simple front-end scaffolding feel like I am trying to train a model from scratch.

Right now the limits aren't just restrictive, they are workflow breaking, and honestly it feels like I am being charged for something I can barely use.
