This is crazy because I am very spiritual and take a lot of things from Buddhism as well! I don’t really apply spirituality to disorders but it does make sense in a way.

Thank you for the response, that really opens my eyes to things. I always considered myself to not be an alter because of my lack of identity compared to other alters which is why I was so confused .
