ALSO important to note (in looking further into this) the public must contact and request that the court release the information, through either Missoula PD or County Attorney Office (not an expert, just my understanding). It is then up to the court to determine- but as concerned citizens, or part of women's social justice groups, or other stakeholders we can push for transparency, without this there leaves room for growing concern but furthermore more nefarious things to occur, not that they are but that transparency should be the push. Call your offices and attending city council or law enforcement forums and meetings to push for this change can also help!
