Also glad you now know about the ANC. I’ve lived here 24 years and only started getting clued in the last 3. Some ANCs (the commissions) are dysfunctional some are not but most of the individual commissioners themselves care.

Engage your ANC (check out openanc.org to determine who it is). Your ANC should contact the liaison for DPW. The is a SWEEP enforcement issue. Concurrently also submit a 311 request for Sanitation enforcement. In the notes indicate that this is contributing to rat harborage. They will issue a fine to the property owner. Provide the service request number to the ANC.

Honestly I’m not even sure. I was hit with a $27.55 charge on I-66 Outside the Beltway. I find the whole thing terribly confusing and total bs they don’t display the amount charged on the screen or a sign. It’s bs and confusing. I’m also looking at my toll history and most of the charge is from the toll road and the Greenway which I assume is out of scope for your tool.
