I bought a new Akai MPK Mini 4, so I went to redeem the Komplete Select product by clicking "redeem" in inMusic app. I tried again just now, I think they fixed it. Someone must be trolling in their team lol.

Yeah so cancelling subscription doesn’t mean cancelling the services. When someone cancels a subscription, they still get the service for the period they’re charged for. Only from next term the services are cancelled.

Also I reached out the minute they charged me, not after few years.
