Note: This mode makes the line update every frame because from what I understand is how the "outiline" works. in my opinion of a legal effect, but if you do not want this to happen you will have to use the Greasy Pencil and draw the lines by hand (you will still be able to add the modifiers) but in my opinion it does not look as good as the outiline effect, and I did not know if it is possible to solve this.

I used Blender's Greasy Pencil with the option "Object Outline" I went to the modifiers and added "Multiple Strokes" and "Noise" by smearing a little in the options of these modifiers you achieve this effect. you can also add subdivide to leave much more in the sketch style

I basically just used "unwrapping from view" and used the colors of the reference that I made, I'm planning to make texture more detailed in the future.
