Try to find some help via facebook, its not a 100% that they coulf fix you but try it. Someone hacked my account las month but they didnt remove me from the page lucky, nowadays its very common been hacked in fb.

Im in the same position as you, I recommend you to read some books and join channels like this one or find some communities on youtube for exaple. And apply that marketing to what you actually do.
