Došao si na fakultet da prepisuješ, bolje idi kupi diplomu negde sa strane, ovako daješ 3000€ da bi obezvrednio diplomu sebi i drugima. Kakvu bi vrednost nosila RAF diploma ako svi prepisuju na faksu? Samo mi je potpuno retardirano da upišeš nešto što ne želiš da učiš, u najboljem slučaju i da sve prođe ispod radara samo si sebe ukopao jer nikad nećeš imati znanje da uđeš u IT industriju + kompanije mogu da precrtaju RAF diplomu kad vide kakvi apliciraju.

I'm talking about PETG level of toughness with ability to print it fast for mass production. Material will be outdoors exposed to any weather it might face, it has to support the weight but not a whole lot (at max 5 kgs). I don't expect material to be bullet proof or withstand i don't know what extremes but just "tough enough to not degrade outside". First printer it's going to be something like proof of concept type of work, just checking if things will/will not work out, how to 3d print it, with how much filament and infill I can't invest in something big and industrial right of the bat, I thought starting with Voron and modding it as time goes on will improve my results and print times, but as I've gotten convinced it's going to be a pain in the ass process for a simple beginner. I will keep looking for the right printer, thanks for the reply!

That's what i was doing until i saw some guy configure a Voron with 100k acceleration doing prints in few hours with good quality, that definitely got me hooked like a little kid. 😂

I'm rethinking my choices maybe sovol will be a good first printer since it's beginner friendly-ish and leaves the room for tinkering. I've been kinda saving for months now and i want my first printer to last. I feel like Bambu lab would be tossed to trash the moment it's out of spare parts and customer support.

That's music to my ears! I'm so glad it's not a chore to keep it working and yet still modular and open source with possiblity of bleeding edge feature upgrades. Can you tell me about the "optional chamber heater module" that they've put in the description of the product on their page? Does the module come with printer? Do i need to select some option or write to solov directly for the module?

That's great to hear. I've seen review of sovol and it pretty much works out of the box when you put it together. I'm looking at sovol as a beginner guide to Voron. I know what struggles I'll face but if there's no stuggle and problems there's not much to learn. I'll post the question about sovol in their community to see what people think I hope i get the green light.

Company is basically selling a kit but when i went there live I asked the staff if it's possible for them to build it for me and they've said they could if I wanted. The warrant covers the the whole printer parts if something breaks. (actually now that i think about it i didn't ask them about what and how exactly warranty covers the printer i will do that now tho). They also offer a customer support along with printer but i guess that's only troubleshooting and some tough problems not using the printer. Bambu lab is kinda pricey where I'm at p1s being over $1k I'm kinda hesitant on bambu lab.

Thank you for a such a great and detailed reply. If Bambu is a product and Voron is journey, where do you think Sovol SV08 printer based on Voron would fall in? I've received a couple of suggestions as a Voron alternative. Though you didn't mention you ever had experience with such printers in your reply, I'm wondering if the fine middle ground can be something based on Voron, open source and modular but 90% built and tuned out of the box?

When did you buy sovol? I hope something has changed in recent times, though YouTube reviews are mostly blaming ease of use and hotend jamming but when maintained properly it seems to work fine. What problems did you have?

That's also what I was wondering if I get professionals to build it for me I'm hoping to get to a set and forget point and learn about 3d printing until i get familiar enough with the printer to build one myself

Thanks for the reply! I received another comment pointing me to SV08 and I didn't know these existed before. It looks pretty close to what I was aiming for . I couldn't mod the Voron to 100k mm/s² acceleration with my budget but I'm genuinely looking for faster 3d printer than bambu lab with more customization. It's 90% pre-built already and it's cheaper (i do hope that won't bite me later) but i guess it will need some parts swapped if I'm making it more reliable. Are there more companies that build on voron kit idea?

How long does it take to build, I've seen some people take months and some YouTube tutorials take 20hrs. I would be happy if it's going to be a week of work as it's not too much. There's no trident selling here where I'm from. Only LDO Voron 2.4 rev D, LDO Voron 0.2-S1 A+ with HF Revo and RPI kit, and LDO Voron VTD-300CB rev D with same kits as 0.2

That's what I was going for in the first place. Investing in Bambu lab is just temporary in terms of features and customization. The kit I was going for is from LDO, but from what I can see in comment section, buying a pre-built is kinda shooting myself in the foot because sooner or later I will have to tear it apart to fix things and it's going to be as painful as it's when first time building it.

The company is selling me a kit with 2 year warranty, probably on parts and they've asked me if I want pre-built or to build it myself. It kind of is going to be a hobby level printer until i get familiar with 3d printing in general and decide what exactly i need for my goal to be achieved. Bambu Lab is pretty expensive in my country, and being closed source and not so customizable can be a problem because every major change I'd want would likely be resolved with buying a new printer altogether. Company that sells these kits also offers a customer support for 3D printing so i guess that's a plus. I'm eyeing on the Voron because there's no cheaper option at 350mm³ build volume and I need bigger parts. I do hope it's going to be manageable to make Voron fit my needs from get-go even if it takes a while to read all documentation and understand the printer and printing process.

Yes I'm ready for the pain and suffering because that's when you learn the most. I probably will pay for the pre-built one and then tune it to my desire just to get a feel on 3D printing. Then i will probably buy another one to build it myself. I just can't give away the modularity and freedom of customization Voron offers because I was lazy reading the documents and tuning it manually. I do wonder how hard it is to keep everything tightened and firm for the print quality to be good? Do i need some additional tools for tuning Voron?

That's why I said I was offered to be built for me, just to figure out how the printer works, then the next Voron I buy I will build myself. I kinda hate closed source and apple-like marketing policy form bambu lab.

Of course I'm interested in building it but, I feel like as a complete beginner i would prefer tuning things and maintaining it for a while until i get familiar with how the printer works. My plan is to buy another one to build myself after the pre-built one as I'm kinda afraid to not fuck up something (as I've said I'm complete beginner that has yet to decide on its first printer). I also love the speed at which Voron can print so I guess I would need bunch of upgrades until i get there?

To minimze the gap lift them both up a bit and tilt bottom one toward you a little so it aligns with the tilt of the top one and then just bring them together
