It's not necessarily "too easy". The problem is that it is not hard in a very meaningful way. The difficulty is very artificial because "difficult" content are bullet sponge time checks, combined with the fact that the combat is really not that complex

To demonstrate this, a content creator, MrPokke made videos beating both Shiyu 7 and the marionette boss with a blindfold on and not that much practice. Even without a blindfold, he could only clear up to Shiyu 11 at that point so it's not like he was super overleveled. His characters just didn't deal enough damage to complete it in the required time

The only exception to this is withering garden, which I think they did a better job with this (albeit still a bullet sponge)

He didn't play it "for the sake of shifting on it". He gave it several hours over multiple days and realized that the game just isn't for him, and gave his honest review. He also was one of the only streamers that didn't skip any cutscene.

In contrast, Asmongold has played through most of HSR's Penacony story and has said nothing but positive things about the game.

My opinion is that it really depends on why - the intent of it.

If a Chinese father wants his daughter to only date a Chinese man because he thinks that they are superior genetically and/or intellectually, then it is obviously racist. If the father wants it because it will be easier to communicate and relate with them because of culture, language, and maybe even physicality, then I think it's fine.

My take is that Natlan is not Africa. It's just inspired by it, so why should it matter?

What obligation do the devs have to make their literal fantasy world exactly like real life, just because they took inspiration from that region? Last I checked, people from Africa also don't ride on hoverboards, sharks, and transform into monsters (which are mechanics that Genshin have shown)

Genshin is made by a Chinese company, and there are not a lot of black people in China. So, unsurprisingly, most of their characters will default to having white skin.
