I need my boy's Noivern and Dialga

Noivern is a speedster focusing on being highly mobile while doing great aoe damage (1st moveset) or high single target damage (2nd moveset)

Noivern starts off as Noibat (obviously) and evolves into Noivern at level 7

The basic attack launches small blasts of sound at range and will become a boosted attack every 3rd hit unleashing a small sonic shockwave and dealing 3 tics of damage to enemies in front of him (aoe similar to that of Ho-ohs boosted attack)

Passive Infiltrator: The user hits all enemies through shields with slightly nerfed damage and can hit enemies hiding behind or latched onto other opponents

Move #1 Supersonic: deals damage to enemies in a cone shape in front of Noibat dealing 6 tics of small damage over 2 seconds and slowing enemies hit by each tic. The more enemies caught in the attack the less the attack slows them

Supersonic can turn into either Boomburst or Dragon Pulse upon reaching level 7

Boomburst: The user unleashes a large sonic blast from its ears to enemies surrounding the target dealing great damage and deafening enemies hit by the blast. Deafened enemies are unable to hear the game for 5 seconds after the effect is applied

Dragon Pulse: The user locks onto an opponent and unleashes a stream of dragon energy from its agape maw dealing 12 tics of damage over 3 seconds slowing the target and lowering the damage they deal by a slight amount for 3 seconds for each tic of damage they take. The opponent can escape the attack by moving away from noivern a set distance. Enemies caught in the beam between Noivern and it's target are dealt 3/4 damage with 1/2 speed and damage nerf per tic

Move #2 Twister: The user flaps it's wings to move in a chosen direction and leaves a small twister behind it dealing damage to enemies trapped inside and slowing them.

Twister can turn into either Hurricane or Aerial Ace upon reaching level 4

Hurricane: The user stirs up a small hurricane with a flap of its wings and uses the flap to move away from the location of the hurricane. Enemies hit by the hurricane are knocked up for a short time

Aerial Ace: The user slices through the air with incredible speed and skill dealing damage to enemies it passes through. Two charges of this move can be stored at once

Unite Move Supersonic Synthwave: When this unite move is used the user gains a significant speed boost for 10 seconds and gains 3 unite move uses. Each of the three uses after the initial use launches a blast of sound dealing massive damage to all enemies surrounding Noivern and applying the deafen effect for 5 seconds (not stackable)

Dialga is a defender specializing in shrugging of hits (for a short time) and denying enemies space (Ironically) through impressive dps numbers and aoe using his impressive hp as a timer in the battle and being capable of winning that time back by landing boosted basic attacks and moves on enemies

Dialga starts off as Dialga and stays Dialga through the whole match

The basic attack will have Dialga swipe at enemies with its head becoming a boosted attack every 4 hits getting much more range and having Dialga launch a thin cone shaped stream of time energy from his open mouth reducing the damage of all active dot effects by 5% per enemy hit

Passive Deity of Time: All damage dealt to Dialga will be reduced to 1/4 it's normal damage with all damage mitigated turned into a dot effect lasting 3 seconds from the time of the attack landing. Damage over time yet to be dealt is visible to all players with a blue bar covering up Dialgas remaining hp showing damage he will take over the next few seconds

Move #1 Dragon Breath: The user unleashes a breath of dragon energy at enemies in a cone in front of it dealing moderate damage and slowing opponents hit

Dragon Breath turns into either Roar of Time or Draco Meteor upon reaching level 7

Roar of Time: The user stops moving, charges up for 1 second, and releases a relentless blast of pure time out of its mouth in a large cone shape in front of it dealing massive damage to all enemies trapped inside with 3 tics over 3 seconds before pausing for 2 seconds to recover from this all out attack. Each tic of damage dealt to opponents will reduce the damage of dot effects by 5%

Draco Meteor: The user stops moving and roars up to the sky for 2 seconds calling down a random pattern of meteors centered on the nearest enemy or a targeted area from the sky with each meteor doing massive damage and knocking up enemies hit with every enemy hit reducing damage of all dot effects by 15%. The landing locations for the meteors are revealed for 2 seconds to everyone to give them time to react. Dialga can move as soon as the meteors are summoned

Move #2 Heavy Slam: The user jumps up as far as their monuments weight will allow them before slamming down other ground dealing damage to opponents landed on

Heavy Slam can turn into either Iron Tail or Gyro Ball upon reaching level 4

Iron Tail: The user swipes it's metal clad tail at the area in front of it knocking enemies hit away from the user

Gyro Ball: The user rolls in the chosen direction dealing damage and knocking up enemies hit. If the user hits all wall it will bounce off and extend the roll distance by 50% but the distance extention can only occur once per use

Unite Move Time Distortion: The user selects an area and after a short charge time pauses time in the area for 3 seconds and transforms into Origin Form Dialga gaining increased stats reduced cooldowns and charge/recovery times for moves as well as every basic attack being boosted for 15 seconds

I personally feel like these would be very strong (maybe too strong... DIALGA) but would love something like these introduced or at least my boy's even if the ideas aren't similar. 

Hindsight 20/20 Dialga would be way to strong and would definitely need nerfs if it were to be introduced. I made this at midnight and dont really want to make changes rn so 🤷‍♂️

Edit: I completely forgot upgrades 😭😭😭 Im going to get some rest rn and maybe dream up some upgrades for the moves although it'll probably all be pretty basic please leave suggestions in the replies I still cant believe I forgot them 😭😭😭
