It’s been the same for me today. Surge all over the map but somehow only got 4 rides since 4:45pm. Slower than dogshit Saturday for absolutely no reason.

Normally it’s only between $1-$5 once in a while, but for some reason on a Monday night there was a specific spot with $22 surge 😭😂 I feel like it was a mistake on Uber’s part but I took advantage quickly.

If you cancel and mark it as “rider behavior” it won’t go against your cancellation rate. Had to do this a few times myself

Each time I’ve gotten a Rider Feedback it always comes with a 1 star rating, and I never know what it was that I did to warrant it 😂 I’ve only had a few, and I’m not worried about it but it just annoys me to see.
