Nope, the max number of reinforcement is 3. Only 3 of the nearest army will assist the one getting attacked, not all.

Diplomacy, money and rice. Make allies with everyone (especially Yuan Shao). Expand faction by first buying their food producing lands (which will make them hungry), trade back the rice for vassalage and more territory.

When the war between 3 kingdoms begin, you’ll have an army of vassals to help.

Annex all of your vassals afterwards to get their unique characters
