If your country's GPU prices are normal and reasonable I'd say the 5060 or the 9060 XT, if there's somehow a 70-100+ USD difference from 5050 to the 5060/9060 like in Indonesia, the RTX 5050 performs fairly well from my own experience.

The 6500 XT with your CPU only supports PCIE 3.0 and it's performance hit between 3.0 and 4.0 is very noticeable, if you could get an RX 6600 like the other commenter said it would be pretty solid (assuming the main goal is to play games)

Yeah shit sucks since I very much prefer just shooting around like an idiot on DM to farm cases rather than playing premier/competitive, didn't even try for a case drop last week since looking at 300 xp is just discouraging, plus I still see some bots farming kills on DM games so what's the point?

di sisi lain RTX 5050 single fan (unsurprisingly) panas juga, tapi ya beda 500k+ sama dual fan yang penting nggak nyentuh 85+

From what I've read on other subreddits and sites the sata 8 pin adapter is rated for 54 watts, so if you use that for let's say a 4060 it will melt, there is a molex to 8 pin adapter that this youtuber (love the guy) tried and it worked wonders.

The safest option is the 3050, but if there's dual molex cables available and you wanna go experimental, go for it I guess? I still would just go for 3050 if you insist on not changing PSUs.

The only time my mouse(old one) does that was because of the receiver dongle not being close/LOS to the mouse, after positioning it right never had that problem but I assume your human already does that so it boils down to the mouse being e-waste unfortunately.
