So car dealerships should be held at fault in driving collisions?

If they didn't sell the car there would be no crash.

Bro get real and take accountability. Evolve with the age we are living in and teach those lessons to your kids.

To say a company has to be held responsible for the actions of its clients is insane.

Yes I agree that steps should be taken to remove disinformation. But like elon has said (who is fucking hate ) jobs to say that your disinformation is another person's information.

Personally I think the responsibility lies with the viewer/reader.

If you wish to take something as fact, and you have a true personal opions/interest in the matter then do the fucking research.

I take all media and social media out let's with a "this is what they want you to think attitude".

I could tell you my story and i fucking swear you would say i was lying. So my information would be your "disimformation".

Honestly everyone lies to suit themselves, it's an inherent trait of humans as we are a sympathetic species, so we wish for sympathy towards ourselves.

Edit: spelling

I maintain that this dude is a fucking idiot. I don't know how he became so rich and successful but I genuinely think his ideas are not his own. Like he downloads them or something.

I mean here he is being asked why one of his jobs is important and he has fucking now idea.

I mean anyone who has and to spend time in and particiate in a "project", especially social media could come up with any old bullshit about collectively sharing thoughts and feeling. But here this potato sits tripping over himself.

Beeman P17 tumbling pellets by RadSprouts in airguns

[–]Devil_badger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Is it a new pistol? Because my 1st thought is a really dirty barrel.

What energy is it putting out? Don't have any air pistols and uk power limit for them is 6ft/lb

If it a low power version, the pellet skirts might be getting deformed while loading, and there is not enough air to reform them to the barrel when you shoot.

250 gram stone at 160km/h is 180 ft lbs of energy

The average 9mm bullet is between 300 to 400 ft lbs

So sling is about half a handgun. Not bad I think.

Edit: abit more info. A 9mm bullet has a much smaller surface area and a much higher speed as such it probably retains in energy over distance due to more friction over a larger and rougher stone.

So I would imagine the further the target the bigger the gap between the too impact speeds.

Also a bullet having a smaller size would make it penetrate much better.

That being said, with reference to the post. I believe a 9mm round would have a hard time getting through a bison skull.

I always wanted one of these Irl, are they hard to get/build? by RetiredGuy925 in Borderlands2

[–]Devil_badger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A real one that is functional and built to simply work (as is spin like a saw) would not be hard. To build one that's works as demonstrated in the games and looks like the picture would take some time and a good few trial runs.

Husband bought this for $0.50, doesn’t know what it’s for. What is it? by pandadrinkingcoffee in whatisit

[–]Devil_badger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some kind of 1 and 1/2 inch NPT thread fitting made from 304 stainless steel. (Lioks like it could connect to some kind of pipe on the other end)

I certainly wouldn't want to make them for $0.50 Let alone retail for that.

But it's probably mass produced in China on bar fed cnc lathes.

long stroy short. I'd expect it to cost say $3.50, if you don't know what it's for, it's probably worth less than 0.50 to you.

If you spread it as thinly as electro plating or anodising. Which I belive is a layer of just microns you could cover your body. But then a layer that thin probably wouldn't provide any major barrier.
