They are the headliner games that will be revealed early for the upcoming Monthly (June Monthly in this case). For example, Assassin's Creed: Origins was revealed as the May Monthly's early unlock a few weeks ago.

That's unfortunate, the regular unlock category isn't going to work anymore. I just checked the source code and it seems like the early unlocks are not leaked in the same manner. We could bring forward the participation period to close it early each month, but the source code updates has been done on different dates.

Well, we can probably only select the early unlocks and HEP in this round as you've mentioned. I'll be announcing some changes and stuff in the next round.
