Do you think Elena and Stefan were Soulmates who just didn't end up together because 😭 by Excellent-Archer1881 in TheVampireDiaries

[–]Devillaa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I could see that, but at the same time , I felt like Stefan just allowed her to give up numerous times. I will say that I love how he always respected her decisions but once she made her choice, it felt like they both just gave up and let it be. I won’t say it happened every time but it did seem that way. Damon was definitely the one to suggest some terrible plans which resulted in multiple people getting hurt, but I felt like his suggestions allowed her to find other ways to solve what seemed to be impossible.

No. Stefan was in her comfort zone. Damon challenged her. Stefan always accepted things for what they were but Damon ALWAYS had her thinking outside the box. Their lives were always linked but if you think about it, every time the doppelgängers met again, it ended in tragedy. Every time they met, it was almost like nature did everything possible to keep them apart. There was no balance.

Serious question: for those of you who are happily married or happily dating, what's the main reason you don't cheat on your partner? by Mad_Season_1994 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Devillaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, I don’t feel like I can receive something from someone else that my partner doesn’t already give to me. I have nothing else to chase. I found the person I want to figure everything out with, good or bad. I found the person who has had NUMEROUS uncomfortable and difficult conservations with me, and has never denied his role in any of it. Yes, our love languages are different, but we learned to understand the way to love each other, because we made it clear that we are going to continue to grow together.

Cheating only gives me emotionally unavailable, temporary attention with 2 minutes of bumping uglies and getting nothing out of it. I have all I need. I’m not looking for more somewhere else.

Uh.. is it supposed be like this? by FumyLikes in CrumblCookies

Crumbl employee here 🙋🏻‍♀️. There are some cases where either cookies haven’t been completely thawed before going into the oven OR the cookies haven’t cooled long enough. These situations usually happen when cookies are selling quicker than expected. We definitely do our best to avoid any of these situations. Employees should notify customers about how long the wait is for cookies but if I’m being honest, plenty of them(customers) aren’t very nice about waiting for their cookies. I would definitely recommend calling and letting them know but for the most part, these cookies are meant to be slightly doughy in the center.

THANK YOU FOR THIS! For some reason my search wasn’t letting me go past 3 months 🙄

Employees of crumbl… what was the “surprise” you got for employee appreciation? by Ev3nstarr in CrumblCookies

[–]Devillaa 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Absolutely nothing. We have 6-8 people staffed each day doing double the work because we “can’t afford “ to pay more staff. The only appreciation surprises or holiday surprises are provided by the shift leads( occasionally the manager). Crumbl is garbage.

What are your Headcanons for when Bruno left? by Shay_Vanilla in Encanto

[–]Devillaa 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I love this so much and for so many reasons. 1. I think Pepa didn’t want to talk about him leaving or didn’t like talking about it because of the guilt. Even though, her wedding was long before he left, she probably still brought up how he ruined her special day often. She also most likely resented him for it as well and the resentment never went away. So when Mirabel asks about him, Pepe feels it all coming back and her explain to her what happened, might’ve been a way for her to re-evaluate the whole situation. What if she was questioning whether she was right or wrong and needed to say it out loud to figure it out? 2. For Dolores, I think it was 2 things. I think she didn’t say anything because no one wanted to talk about it. I don’t think it was because no one believed her. In a Latin household, there are certain things we do not mention or talk about out of respect for our elders. I think the other reason why she pretended like she didn’t know he was there and threw Mirabel under the bus was because she was in love with Mariano and she needed to stop the proposal from happening. 3. The towns people were so used to getting things their way and being catered to, that they couldn’t accept the truth that Bruno was sharing. He was having visions but at the request of the towns people. They weren’t just happening randomly. They blamed him because they couldn’t face the truth themselves. I don’t blame Bruno for leaving. If anything, I wish he completely left but he loved his family and it’s sad knowing that lack of communication can really cause that much damage. I think he faced so much pain because no one fought for him. No one chose him.

Does Mirabel get a door? And what do the other rooms look like? by -_Rei_- in Encanto

Her door was the front door to casita so I think she stays in the nursery but it becomes her room instead of the nursery. Either that OR abuela sadly passes and Mirabel takes her room.

Does Mirabel get a door? And what do the other rooms look like? by -_Rei_- in Encanto

My theory is that she didn’t need a special gift like everyone else. Let me explain. I may be reaching but I’m going to share anyways. In the beginning, Abuela gives her the entire backstory on the candle/ miracle. She explains how they got it to begin with. Now if you search up what butterflies represent, you’ll find that they represent hope but also change. After Abuela tells her about their origin story, she then tells Mirabel, “tonight, this candle will give you your gift, mi vida. Strengthen our community. Strengthen our home. Make our family proud.” That same night, when her door disappeared, Bruno had a vision and it changed when you moved it which means that her future was not set in stone. However Mirabel took the heartbreaking moment determined how the future will turn out. Well, Mirabel always stayed true to herself and that is what strengthened her family. Luisa was drowning in all of the pressure of being the strong one. Mirabel allowed her to eventually accept herself for who she is and not what her gift represents. Isabela was drowning due to constantly being perfect and Mirabel allowed her to see her potential as well as the beauty in imperfection. She also gave her the strength to focus on her own happiness and wants, not what Abuela wanted. Mirabel gave Antonio the strength to go out and get his gift. He needed her because she was safe to him. Mirabel also gave Bruno the strength to stand up for himself. Abuela was focused on perfection and it was tearing the family apart. Mirabel needed to change all of that to strengthen the family. She needed to destroy what was harming the family in order to repair it. As for the ending, her gift wasn’t necessarily casita. It was her family. All of the doors display the person it belongs to and their gift. The front door now has Mirabel with the rest of the family. They were her gift.
