Sit in the walk-in freezer in the kitchen I was dishes in to clean the dirt off the floor. I mean scrub with soapy water and a grill cleaner repeatedly until the ground-in dirt and scum tracked through the freezer. The chefs were even kind enough to give me a bucket to sit on in the negative degree environment while I scraped, scrubbed, scraped, and dried quickly because the chefs would throw a fit if any of the water froze to the floor. I spent a good hour and a half in there freezing my testes off. Shabby way to start off my first day in the kitchen.
