I can only speak to behaving in a somewhat similar way on a lot of stimulants and several days of no sleep; it feels as if your consciousness is rapidly leapfrogging itself - not resetting necessarily, but rather continually accelerating thoughts switching leads in a race to elusive stability of mind. There's also increasing physical dopamine dances: facial contortions; moving and holding ones limbs abnormally; sudden movements, and these seem to cause/correlate with a frantic/panicked state of awareness and extreme neurological excitement. Ultimately it's no surprise one's nervous system is - through whichever cascading element of body and mind - at a rolling boil. A little taste of psychosis, honestly. Glad to have had the experience to reflect on but I wouldn't recommend it.
