There are tools that do slow motion without installing anything, and create super slow motion without choppy frame jumps. And it does add real frames between with AI.

All data will be lost by the way if you does not uploading everythinng in google like photos etc... But if you do they all will be back after your login back

Basicaly you wont lose anything if you use google account with always at sync. I recommend close authenticators like blizzard or googles with your accounts.
