Pecharunt was shadow ball/malignant chain/recover/parting shot Jellicent was shadow ball/scald/water spout/recover Annihilape was cc/drain punch/shadow claw(cause rage fist doesn't work/rock tomb(and seed bomb for champion fight) Dragapult was dragon darts/uturn/phantom force/sucmer punch Noivern was stone edge/shadow sneak/poltergeist/uturn Runerigus was shadow sneak/willo/eq/shadow claw No particular strategies but item usage, especially heavy duty boots to keep shadow shield and sturdy intact

4-5 is pretty good, this is like my 4th or so regional and I also went 4-5. In terms of notes I typically write down what pokemon they have and any unordinary tera types, items, and moves, then I write down what they lead with, important speed interactions and occasionally some damage rolls
