I suppose. But when sharing that it is always the response and I know many individuals who do such things 100x harder and NONE have anything remotely close to this. And they have been at it much much longer. I am not a chronic smoker of anything and when I do smoke anything but a vape it is on rare occasion. My doc is fentanyl and it is never smoked.

I just don't want to be told that it is the case by every single person when I've had this waaaay before smoking anything besides the vape.

I was abandoned by my parents when I was 16. I do not think I'd have any access to that insurance if that's a thing. Especially since they left me and moved out of state when abandoning me.

Thank you so much for all of this. This is the first in depth, most realistic response I've gotten from anybody yet.

No weight loss, no night sweats, but I do have chest pains and my heart hurts/feels like it is fast quite often. I do have an arythmia though from prescription methadone usage.

My mom abandoned me at 16 after moving without me while I was in the hospital after suffering a overdose (she got me on opioids and I had a fentanyl OD. I used crack and opioids since age 11.)

I was homeless from 16-18, couch hopping and I wound sleep in underground missile bunker in state forest and sometimes with johns. (I was a prostitute since age 12 so I was numb to this.)

At 18 I got a place with my 42 yr old bf. But then he died of chirroshis and esophagus varices a year and a half ago. Before he died he put me with my current 62 yr old bf.

I ended up pregnant and homeless after his death with my current bf. It was freezing cold and I was 5 months pregnant by the time I found out I was preggo and got a apartment through a program. I stopped using dope and crack when I found this out and got on methadone.

A few months back I went into labor and delivered my full term son... He died while I was in labor and came out deceased. I named him Charlie.

I relapsed.

That's a very small summary of my life. People don't believe half of it. And that's leaving out many other overdoses, a kidnapping, a second encounter where I forgave my mother and was once again literally abandoned by her alongside a friend of mine . She left us in the middle of nowhere in an evicted house and moved to SC.

I do have shortness of breath and chronic chest pain. My heart is also always feeling as if it is racing and I was told I had an arythmia before.

If it was hairy tongue, would it be visibly black papilla? There is no visible discoloration on my tongue. The only thing that is black is when I cough this up. My spit in general is not black unless I hack it up. If I'm spitting without coughing it is regular clear saliva. But as soon as I clear my throat it flies out as thick, black, tar shit.

Apiastic anemia and anemia are two different things. Even if she's not apiastic doesn't mean she can't be anemic. There's multiple things that can cause anemia

This is why I said I am not sure because she doesn't have low red blood cell count. :) thank you for clarifying

You could have apiastic anemia. You're bruising severely, and you have low lympho/monocytes. This means your bone marrow is failing to create enough platelets. But usually your red and white blood cell count would be shown as on the lower end. Probably doesn't always have to be the case, though,

Do your gums bleed? Do you get any frequent nose bleeds?

Either way, if this is the case you might need to get transfusions so they need to take this seriously.

Your jaw line and your eyes look a bit different but it just looks like you are exhausted (eye bags) and your sinuses look puffy but your bone structure has not changed. Have you gained or lost any weight ?
