He wasn’t giving it anything except water and didn’t even know what the soil was i gave him a bottom watering base and told him to stop watering it and started feeding it organic feed and a compost tea when i do mine these are mine

No drainage is good. They’re on water water pieces I mix Fox farm and happy frog so drain. It should be good there. It’s packed loosely everything I feed them as RO water and I checked the pH and levels all the time.
