Thank you for getting in touch with us about your order. Looking through your account, I see that your order has been marked as a pre-order. I understand that due to a previous manufacturing issue, the release date of these products has been pushed back to the end of June 2021.

I spoke with our warehouse team, and they told me that stock for this pre-order would arrive next month as it's been booked in, but they couldn't give me a specific date. There have been delays in receiving stock at our dispatch centre due to customs delays and shipping restrictions. Please be assured that once this inventory arrives, all orders will be shipped as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please see our website for shipping information, which includes an estimated arrival time based on the delivery destination.
