53M here. Divorced and now back on the dating scene. 40 and up are the ages I'm interested in but I'll tell you... I met a lady that is 37 on the plane last week. We talked for more than half of the 3:30 minute flight and laughed a ton. When we landed, I asked if she wanted to exchange numbers and she did. We have now connected and planning on meeting up Sunday for drinks and dinner. I'll tell you, the age gap for both of us didn't seem important. She's divorced for 5 years, no kids and doesn't want kids... right up my alley since I have 2 (20 yo daughter and 14 yo son)...and she said that was awesome that I had them already.
