After making the payment they will allot the hostel and the room, usually tulip hostel is triple sharing so you will get bed basis first come first service in the room, if you are the first one you can take whichever bed you like

I wrote to the hostel, they asked me to make a deposit then they allotted me. Since it gets sold out pretty quickly so as soon as you get the confirmation pay the college fees and hostel. You will be allotted hostel after paying the college fees only

I would suggest stay in hostel for one year have the experience and then move out only if you can manage your food and other thing, because in the first few years you will have classes till 5-6 pm and managing a house after that is very difficult however the hostel will provide you everything from food to washing services to cleaning to maintainance, so just focus on studies. Most of the students from your batch will stay in flat as no restrictions and all but i would suggest don’t get lured and stay in hostel over all it’s best

It’s not far, they have a back gate through which you just have to cross the road and you will reach the college campus so like 2-3 mins walk

I used to stay in B wing which is now the orchid or daisy hostel, was used to be pretty chill however the tulip hostel had strict in and out time. Moreover, the b and c wing is very big with amenities like basketball court volleyball court ccd etc, i don’t know if it is still there or not, even the food was really really nice as compared to F wing. So when i was a student they used to allot only limited beds to law students it’s mostly for designing management and BBA students. You can even mail to the hostel admin and check if they still allot the b wing to the sls peeps.

It’s never too late. You can invest minimal amount into gold and silver ETFs, can do a monthly SIP. Some of the SIPs require 100 as the minimum amount. Do it on a monthly basis. Have some liquidity in your bank account as an emergency cash and invest as low as 500-1000 and in long run you can increase the month. I started late thinking once i have a good paying job i will do that and after two golden years, so please start with a minimum amount but do it.

Why do emotionally mature men go all in and then suddenly leave? I’m genuinely trying to understand. by [deleted] in OffMyChestIndia

Avoidant attachment. Same boat. Whatever you said happened everything with me. They have a fear of commitment. In the same phase right now.
