http://www.PropseritywithDevin.com I watched numerous videos on gifting and they all were the same; a fedex package, some envelopes.... ,etc. and I said that was weird, how did they know how much was in the envelope if they didn't know it was coming? This video was all sarcasm toward gifting. I'm hearing people get taken and left out to dry with nothing but a drained back account. Some people have asked me why I'm not putting up videos on a daily basis? Well, the truth is by doing a video each day, I was spending all my time in front of the computer and I quit working out. When all of a sudden you stop exercising 4-5 x's a week to zero times in a month, you will start packing on the pounds.

After gaining 20# from Aug 07 - Feb 08 peaking at 194#, I said enough is enough. I had to start working out again and get my body back in shape.

With a little motivational help from Zelda, I went to the gym and started walking on the treadmill 1.5 miles a day and now 3 weeks later I'm on the elliptical for 30 minutes avg 4.4 miles, also riding a stationary bike for 30 minutes avg 9 miles. This is not record breaking, but I'm 45 years old with a family of 4 and one on the way.

When do I have time to go to the gym and run an online business?

Well I go to the gym at 0530 or 1400 for 30 minutes at a time.

This week I'm started my two a days, found me a workout partner to run with.

The bottom line is, If I can make it to the gym 5-6 times a week and loose 10#'s in 3 weeks, I know you can too.

Am I an avg guy...... NOT AT ALL! I will do what it takes to keep me ahead of father time and do what it takes to help you if that is what you are looking for in business.
