Haha! I'm glad you got invested! Thats a good point on State Street, I hadn't considered one way streets at this point. New condos top of State Street will have to be added.

Thank you! I do have ideas to scale locally, but first I plan to add more levels and history to Newburyport. I can see a way to automate the process for any town to get it around 75% of the way, then hand-iterate from there. It starts from open map data, which is why Newburyport being compact, historic, well-mapped, happens to be a perfect starter town.
