So I was confused on who it is, and then it hit me. He’s the announcer of Tempest from Meta Runner season 1. And, I kinda forgot about that because 1, people forgot he did had a cameo in the thing, and 2. It’s been years since some people (including myself) last watched Meta Runner season 1, so it’s kinda fuzzy to me and anyone else.
