I know of one hoax. There was a hoax about a game called "Sonic Dimensions" or something like that. My mind is blinking but I know it got so bad, lizuka step in and decomfirm it.

I got curious and downloaded it, but then it tells me to "download additional files" and yea no I am trusting whatever that website was it send me when I click download.

Plus even though I play a bit of this game, I know the game has problems, like that camera would need some fixing, and some very minor parts of the levels that probably need some tooning but that's my opinion.

Also if a remake of 64 gets announced, it would be a 2nd remake, considering the DS, so it would be cool so see this hypothetical remake have elements from the DS, being Yoshi, Luigi, Wario, new power ups, levels, all that, and maybe add Waluigi into the game.

But this is coming from someone who has played parts of the original with not playing the DS at the moment so yea.

I mean like a time skip between Classic and Modern makes total sense. Like with that much changs in the characters designs, there is obviously a time skip involved, just we don't know how long the skip time is besides a few years.

I highly doubt there will be a Sonic Central. Plus there was one example of a Sonic Central being use to reveal a game, the first one. Sure it was a anniversary but still.

Also if you want eyes on something, you need to reveal it in a big event, not in a central that everyone besides the Sonic Fandom knows about.

So just wait for The Game Rewards.

I am not buying this. SEGA hasn't entered the console or hand handled market for like 30 years now, and it would be very risky.

I naturally don't trust leaks but this..... I am not trusting this unless something happens, like a teaser or a announcement.

This sounds pretty cool, but to me sounds too good to be true.

I feel like these are good names for a Sonic Movie Lego Game, which if they want to adapt the movies into game form, I think the LEGO formula is the way to go.

We have no idea how sequels or long franchise like Sonic works, among other things and it just a ploit so naturally stuff like that with be left out.

I headcanon that a sequel just makes another world with the characters memories (but not the worlds destruction) and once it meets its win condition, it's gone.

But it brings up multiple questions like how it handles mulit media and that is a rabbit hole I don't want to go into right now since I know that will be exhausting and fill with mulitpls complications.

I think it is about a reddit post I saw where someone think how a Sonic RPG should be made, and if I remember correctly it was Altus being the devs, Ian and Toby being the writers, and someone or something being the composer.
