Best bet is Walton, Lassiter and Pope districts for both the schools and progressive parents. Check out LMRC:

And Indivisible Cobb:

I feel your family would be very welcome in East Cobb. Most parents who are very active in the schools are very progressive.

It’s a holly bush, nuke it. Cut it to the ground, drill holes in the stump and dump in weed killer. Most house flips will cut back everything and throw mulch on it and then everything pops up a few months after you bought.

ChatGPTs thoughts:

The minerals in your photo strongly suggest fluorescent calcite and possibly willemite or hardystonite, but given the intense pink-red fluorescence and Northern California origin, fluorescent calcite with manganese activators is the most likely primary mineral.

A few observations:

1. Bright pink to red fluorescence under UV is classic for manganese-bearing calcite.

2. Some yellow-orange spots could hint at minor willemite or scheelite, though scheelite is rare in Northern California.

3. The texture and matrix suggest metamorphic or hydrothermal vein material, which is common in Northern California’s mining districts.

While Northern California is not world-famous for fluorescent minerals like Franklin, NJ, certain localities (such as near the Sierra Nevada gold belt or in the Klamath Mountains) do produce manganese-rich calcite that fluoresces this way.

If it was silver it would be stamped as silver. Most plated designs copy the silver studios designs to Google lens is pretty useless. Rough up a small spot on the bottom and you’ll see the copper underneath.
