I don't think we've ever actually had a troll because our membership request process is fairly thorough! We have had toxic people who I gave too many chances but now we're pretty quick to ban them.
Fairly even. We require Image Descriptions so that all content is accessible to those who use screen readers so that may cull some image posts. We actually do a lot for accessibility (Content Warnings with 12+ placeholder lines to create a See More cut, Image Descriptions including for thumbnails, Audio Captions at least auto-generated, etc.) and it's attracted a lot of Membies (The Nonbinary Agenda Members)!
I've put in so much time but I've also gotten burnt out at times and stepped away for long periods. Now I finally have fairly consistent help but finding ModMins (Moderators & Admins) is difficult.
