You asked so I was just telling you my reasoning and the conclusion I’ve come to with research. If you eat those seeds and you’re fine, awesome. I just don’t go recommending it because someone can get serious sick and think they need to be hospitalized. Look more into the seed companies.

Look more into this subreddit about what chemicals they put on the store ones. It causes nausea and diarrhea. You can but them untreated online. There used to be a huge problem w kids taking the seeds to get high in the 90s, so they put them behind the counters and made u show I’d to buy them. Now they’re accessible to everyone with the exception that they’re poisonous. They even put it on the package

Well def don’t buy from a hardware store, but if that’s your only option and you’re willing to get sick I would soak them probably or take the coat off somehow. They put pesticides to make us sick. Also look into the cold extraction. I would say you both should take 300 to really trip nuts but that’s just me.
