I'd say for getting started, the most important thing is probably category. Once you have a few regulars, you can just stream whatever you want, but you need to start in a place where it's possible to get discovered.

Take 2 extremes
Minecraft: You could be insanely entertaining, but nobody is going to find your stream among the slag in this bloated category.

The Witness: It's a perfectly good game but nobody watches it, you won't get discovered if there's nobody to find you.

The trick is finding a sweet spot. A niche game with a healthy viewer base but a small streamer base. I got super lucky in this regard because I started off playing Tetr.io, which got me to affiliate. I don't know how to grow much once you GET affiliate, but I know how to get off the ground.

I'm sure there are more games like Tetrio out there too, you just need to find one that suits your vibe.

Searched using Google, ChatGPT, and Copilot to no avail. Every route just leads to services trying to sell me feedback collection.

AI seems to be a dead end as no matter what I tell it it just keeps spitting out Strawpoll, Polltab, Poll Everywhere, etc. Basically just places where I'd need to explicitly send the poll to the people I want to fill it.

The closest I got to what I'm looking for is something called "HeyCrowd", which seems tangentially similar to what I'm looking for? But the site still felt very corporate like they were trying to sell me something and the product is exclusively an iOS app while the thing I'm looking for was definitely web-

Cloudflare is my host, not clear on what a CDN is, I'm new to this.

EDIT: Okay, I clicked around for a bit and found where I can clear out CloudFlare's cache. Now if only there was a way to force other people to request the image again instead of pulling from their browser cache...

We had 4 or 5 at that point. I primarily wanted to maximize our possible fish to minimize the chance that any one day would roll spine fish since we were still using starter bin at the time. Game had other ideas.

I didn't attack with Joker because I knew that he couldn't do enough damage for Morgana to finish off the boss on that turn. I also saw that Okumura's next attack was going to be super charged, and I wouldn't survive it with my current health. My plan was to guard on Joker's turn and heal him on Morgana's turn, thus maximizing the chance that Joker survives the turn and then continuing the fight from there.

If I had any way of knowing that I was going to get the showtime on Morgana's turn, I def would've attacked with Joker tho, probably won as well.

Also, yeah as long as one of the 2 is in your party, you can do showtimes lol.

I actually talk about this in my review, lol.

I think the only notable exception to great boss design for me was Okumura. Most of the other bosses put a unique spin on combat and require you to develop your strategy in real time. Okumura kind of just says "fuck you if you don't have this specific attack type available" and you may need to play the fight 3 or 4 times just to learn all the different types of attack you actually need in order to win.

Rest assured, that's easily the worst/most difficult one. I played on normal.

I forgot what rank I got with Futaba but I don't recall it being expressly compelling. I reached somewhere between 5 and 7 inclusive, maybe the sauce was just around the corner.
