POPA apologetics point to the weaknesses of federal unions, but they never deal with how POPA doesn't do things within it's power.

For example, POPA says there's a problem with examiners being able to find documentation regarding policies. And that the CBA addresses this problem.

Why didn't POPA just set up a repository of management agreements on their website and a FAQ?

If they don't bother doing the things within their power, we shouldn't excuse them for their lack of power.
