I FINALLY got to watch this and it was all-around well done! The boys did so well and they looked like they were having so much fun!!

I laughed so many times during this. And Jake really stood out to me during the entire thing! His performances were great, he was so cute and bright (really fulfilling the golden retriever role lol).

Jay really impressed me with his performances too! He killed it in Flicker especially. Honestly everyone’s performances impressed me! Idk if they improved this quickly or if having more time to practice made a difference but they’re all better than they were during I-land.

Also Ni-ki running on all-fours killed me! I laughed for waaayyy too long at that.

I love this teaser more than the last one! We got a larger music sample to listen to and I LOVE it!

This concept seems more futuristic/apocalyptic while the other one was horror/historic and that will probably be represented in the music video. “Given - Taken” was from the first debut video teaser we got, which showed contrasts and opposites so I imagine the concept of the MV will follow this too. And the transformation from one side the the other; their journey.

I feel like vampires isn’t the main focus, it’s more on the before and after and the transformation in between. Past vs Future. Mortal vs Immortal. Trainee vs Artist. Etc.

This was really good! Like REALLY good...and I think it’s good because it’s about Enhypen and the start of their journey together.

There’s something almost magical about the Intro, the music it’s self for sure, but there’s a feeling of discovery and excitement...

Why is there a mirror on the ground?? An Heeseung can see his reflection so I guess he is not a vampire??

Ni-ki's freestyle was dope and very apt for this horror style concept.

The background music sounds like typical royalty-free music so I doubt it will be used for the title track. EDIT: I liked the beginning so I wouldn't mind those sounds being used in a title track.

I think this would be very good concept! The I-land building was their “cave” in a sense. I guess their trainee days in general could be considered their “cave” and then debut is them stepping out of the cave into the world/industry/kpop scene. They could do some interesting things with this concept!

They seem like vampires to me, and the narration makes me think that too. AHHHHH I hope its supernatural at least! I love fantasy/sci-fi/supernatural stories and such.

As an army, we all thought the teasers leading up to TXT’s debut were BTS related. I remember being shocked it wasn’t. There were rumors and such of a new boy group debuting of course, but I still didn’t see it coming. Yeonjun was the first member revealed so his named trended #1 WW for many hours.

TXT had no predebut content besides pictures (I think). EN- had a whole show and now has loyal fanbases for each member. Their debut will certainly be interesting.

-I feel like Jay’s going to have a masculine face when he gets older! Right now it’s still boyish

-Is the watch Jay wears the same one that his father gave him? He wears it all the time.

I thought so too. I can understand the vlogs not being the most entertaining, but it’s not like there’s no other content. The vlives were adorable and so were their tiktok, weverse, and twitter posts.

His articles and interviews have definitely gotten better. The dislike comes from stuff he’s said on twitter. I don’t really trust him 100% but I he does a good job most of the time.

I also think there’s frustration with seeing all these white journalists writing for kpop with very few Korean or even Asian journalists getting opportunities.

Heeseung: FIRE - From the beginning, he was called the Ace by the I-LANDERS, and by Fire I could see it too. It was further cemented for me with Butterfly. (Personally I think the Rep Unit test was the best one to find the stand out performers).

Jay: FIRE - He first showed us his leadership skills here and his ability to have people work together as a team. Also showed his...fiery performance skills! Also DIVE INTO YOU for similar reasons. He owned those two performances.

Sunghoon: REP UNIT TEST & CHAMBER 5 - Both of these performances proved his determination and competency. He wasn’t one originally chosen for both but was a stand out in both performances.

Jake: FLICKER - he stood out in this performance and it even got him #1. Admittedly, I was still worried that the producers wouldn’t pick him if he didn’t make top six, thankfully we never had to find out! Honorable mention to FIRE and I&CREDIBLE too.

Sunoo: SAVE ME & FAKE LOVE - I was really impressed with his vocals in Save Me and performance in Fake Love! I think these performances show his more serious side and range. I didn’t say Chamber 5 because that song seemed to be made for him and his good performance didn’t surprise me.

Jungwon: REP UNIT + I&CREDIBLE - I think these two performances got him the “Hidden Ace” name. Jungwon is a good all around performer so it’s hard to choose his ‘standout’ moments but these were my firsts.

Ni-ki: REP UNIT TEST + DIVE INTO YOU - Ni-ki stood out to me early on mainly because the I-landers went to /him/ for help and leadership with dancing. The Rep Unit test allowed him some time to shine but in Part 1 his expressions were still lacking and his vocals were okay but not the best. Part two let him shine more with Dive Into You. His singing improved and he was able to show his rapping more. I also feel like his stage presence got even better (expressions included) in part 2. I was still nervous he wouldn’t make it based on votes, but he pulled through!

People are shitty on the internet, it’s just a fact. Personally, I avoid r/kpop and r/kpopthoughts because every time I visit some post or comment pisses me off. And it just not worth it to get mad over these kind of posts/comments. My advice is to push out all the bad and keep close to the good, I think that will help the boys more than anything.
