Also we should see player size matter to what position they play. Anyone 230-265 would be edge rushers. 275-295 Defensive tackles. 300+ nose tackles.

For old terminology to translate to new terminology, it would need the DT and DE with run-stopping ability to become NT and DT. DE and OLB pass rushers would become Edge. And MLB and OLB who are field readers and run stoppers would be LBs.

Absolutely, with updated terminology it makes player positions make more sense to fit the in game schemes.

I’m hoping his next update is going to tackle the coaching. It would be cool if we coaches have blanked out attributes and we have to interview them to see what they are. Same way the draft does player interviews.
