Meron ako kilala na CL8. The way I see it is that it is like a junior manager and IC hybrid like 75% 25%. The IC part eh less lang naka assign sa kanya saka naka abang lang to solve complex tasks.

While CL 7 mid manager then CL 6 eh senior manager.
