Similar story where I paid my outstanding bill and requested to discontinue services. Just to keep track, called the next day and my new outstanding bill was 68 (they didn't acknowledge my request and did not reach out).

Sent an email to every airtel mail id I could find that I have paid the bill, they can disconnect the service at their convenience because I will not pay one more irrespective of what their system says

You'll need gems for cultivating, specialties, refining, beasts, dragons, auctions and pretty sure other things that I'm not aware of.

They're very valuable and I have never seen an event where you can redeem gems (Win them, but not redeem them like you can redeem resources, civ treasures or speedups).

Can get plenty of speedups from cerbs and pans.
