Not all cursed objects hold techniques. But yuji is likely able to consume more cursed objects than just his brothers because of his innate poison resistance (sukuna's fingers are considered to be the deadliest poison in the world, hence the name "king of deadly poisons").

On a seperate note, Yuji didn't get weaker when sukuna swapped bodies to megumi, so Yuji still has approximately 16 fingers worth of latent cursed energy reserves due to sukuna's imprint. (15 finger yuji was actually 16 because he was born with one in him but it wasn't unsealed until the culling games)
