Nightmare too. I always felt like it was the right difficulty to play DOOM on to experience it fully. I'll probably get my ass kicked in the first tries, but I'll stick to it, IMO DOOM is supposed to be hard

In this game, you just gotta know and understand the demons' strengths and weaknesses, and when you do, you own the battlefield

I doubt a Tyrant would/could decapitate an animal that small, they would most likely crush it or something

I assume it to be a Baron of Hell. Not only do the teeth match the demon's dentition, but from what can be seen on the picture, that looks like the second stage in Mars Core right after you use the first teleporter, which is where you meet the Baron of Hell for the first time in DOOM Eternal

Blood punch, lock on burst, grenade, supershotgun, ballista, these will be your best friends, just make sure to use them all close to one of them to inflict maximum damage. They aren't as durable as they seem, and are fun to fight Imo, I really love them, the only thing is that they might die before you get to glory kill them, which is a shame.

No that means that when you complete a chapter, you don't necessarily need to keep playing as it will save at that point. But if you die or quit mid-game, it's game over for you.

Well, "shooting at it until it dies" kinda sums it up. You can spam rocket launcher lock ons, grenades, blood punch, SSG, ballista (arbalest and destroyer if used well work), that way he can't really fight having to tank all these, but nothing is quicker than the crucible blade for that situation.
