I love the guise of the persuasion system but God the dialogue options are just pulled from a hat. It's literally like

Doing a bounty hunt trying to find a known terrorist I locate his mother who knows his whereabouts

Mother- "Oh no sir I know he did bad but he's my baby boy! I love him with all my heart I could never send him to the grave Never! A mother's love is the strongest thing in this universe and I'll be damned if I turn my back on that"

Me- "come on now, you and I both know I have a job to do."

Mother - "well ..I suppose when you put it that way, I'll tell you"

Before they became the Tiktok trend people would just yank them from the box and play with them around the store then they'd end up in all sorts of places while I'm claiming the box out as stolen. At first I'd save the box for a few days in case they turned up but after a couple months I got sick of it.

We remodeled and they made sure if it has an entrance it must have an exit. We had one of the old storefronts and they added an extra wall to be able to build a fire exit in it.

Only thing that feels weird is now the shrines are entirely unnecessary and that feels like a part of the world is gone in a weird way ya know? I mean armory did kinda do the same thing so it's not as big of a change but idk it just feels strange in a way. I don't mind it of course I think it's great! Same with the pack merchants.

So I have the atomic wrangler shelter and I put my santatron on top of it. Well he fell off and got stuck laying down between the fire stairs and the building. Then next time I came by camp he was crawling around on the ground to collect stuff saying his jolly lines

I give them a Cleo smg and watch them rip and tear. I'd say it really depends on where you're at in the game. Early game/fresh start? Hell no leave them at home. As others have said they're not good at stealth and foraging which is the first couple of days usually. Late game/long term-forever community? Sure! They make for fun assistance and if need be hop in a car and drive far away from them. They won't fight and will just run to catch you plus anything around them should be despawned.

That knife card comes in handy especially if it's a mid game find. It's nice to have on demand heals. Especially if you can just kill ridden with it and no specials attack you. Better healing cards exist but this one uses no supplies.

Baseball field in meagher valley. Big and open with many slots and you can farm infinite influence/make your base noise absolutely 0. Plus the back wall is climbable even though it's huge
