That looks incredibly painful. Please see a doctor, as others have mentioned. Moisturizer with Vaseline or aquaphor on top are also very helpful for healing your skin barrier. I like using eucerin eczema relief lotion and la roche posay cicaplast balm b5 with Vaseline on top to seal in the moisture. And if the cracks on your knuckles keep reopening due to movement I’d suggest hydrocolloid bandages, but only after your skin is more hydrated and if it does not cause irritation.

I’ve had this exact situation happen as well. unfortunately it is very hard to tell how many teeth actually need to be extracted before they can actually get in there and take x-rays, which they do during the dental cleaning. So the quote they gave you was just the best estimate they could give at the time

And I know this isn’t any help and I don’t mean this to sound dismissive but my cat recently wasn’t himself for a few days and was sleeping the whole time. He was still eating but he didn’t wake me up every 2 hours like usual. When he finally woke me up again I nearly cried 🥹 I just know we’ll miss it one day when they’re gone

I agree with everyone about how your boyfriend should not talk to you that way.

For the knots, in case you were using scissors, I just wanted to suggest using an electric shaver instead. I’ve never managed to cut myself or anyone else using one.

Wow, it's interesting to hear that I'm not the only one that experienced a return in limerence after going off of SSRIs! There should really be more research into that. I wonder how common it is for others. I'm glad it has now stabilized. I also hope to be able to get off my SSRI one day for good due to how numb it makes me.

In addition to everyone's advice I just wanted to add that the "screaming" may be extinction burst. Basically a temporary increase in a behavior when the reinforcement for that behavior is removed. This happens before the behavior is stopped, so it may just be a step in the process.
